It is with a heavy heart that we share some very difficult news.
After 17 wonderful years, Arena Creative Hair will be entering liquidation and will be closing its doors. This has not been an easy decision, and it comes after doing everything we possibly could to continue trading in what has been an increasingly challenging climate.
We are incredibly proud of what Arena has been, not just a salon, but a space filled with creativity, care, and connection. None of this would have been possible without you, our loyal and supportive guests. Your kindness, trust, and continued support over the years have meant more than we can ever truly express.

We appreciate that this news may come as a surprise. Please know this decision has not been taken lightly, and we have worked hard behind the scenes to explore every possible option before reaching this point.

We would also like to take a moment to recognise our incredible team. Their talent, dedication, and passion have been at the heart of everything Arena has stood for. As they move on to new opportunities, we would be so grateful if you continued to support them in the future. As many of you will know, they are exceptionally talented and consistently deliver a five-star level of service.
They have been trained to a very high standard and bring with them a wealth of experience, creativity, and professionalism. We are immensely proud of each and every one of them.

DEPOSITS
We understand that some clients have deposits in place, and while Arena Creative Hair Ltd is entering liquidation, we are doing everything we can on a personal level to ensure that you are looked after as best as possible.
As a gesture of goodwill, I would like to offer to honour your existing booking personally and provide your service in a private setting over the coming weeks, while transitioning into a new working environment.
If you would like to continue your hair journey with a particular team member in their next location, please also get in touch and we will be happy to guide you.
